Psalm 27: Fear paralyses everyone but it did not paralyze David. He confidently says, “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life: whom shall I be afraid? (V. 1).
Psalm 28: If it was not for the Lord we would be like those who go down to the pit (v. 2)
The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. Ps 28:7
The LORD is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; – Psalm 28:7 Help us to trust in you at all time.
Psalm 28:1 Unto thee will I cry O Lord my rock, be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down in to the pit
Psalm 28 -(v7) The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.
-Yes, He is our strength and our shield when we trust Him with all our heart and the soul and the mind. The outcome is full of Joy, and the outcome of Joy is praising Him.
Psalm 28: A heart that trusts the Lord exults the Lord. “The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts; So I am helped, and my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him” (v. 7).
The psalmist moves from save me to save thy people (v.9). Any personal prayer that does not end with the church is incomplete.
